The La Crosse Tribune had an article today on Super Fungus Among Us and after further study I came across this recent article which fascinates me the knowledge the American Indians and our ancestors had on native plant medicines.

If they start making drugs out of white oak will the price of white oak wood sky-rocket??

Being a survivor of two different fungus infections (initially both diagnosed incorrectly) this is of great interest to me. Shocked

P.S. Jizzy Pearl and Gimp might take more interest in plants along their favorite streams. I'm sure Gimp and Jizzy Pearl and all knowledgeable fishermen know what leaf from what tree every specie of caddis and mayflies nymphs need to survive. Lips Sealed Lips Sealed
