Hatches
The "White Wulff" hatch is on in force. At 7:30pm there is not a one to be seen; by 8:00pm several are over the water, by 8:30 you can barely breath they are so thick. These mayflies are unique as they are duns for only a moment or two, then molt into spinners. Their spinner fall occurs within an hour or two after they emerge. Also there are two large mayflies present over the water in early evening. Isonychia's (#10 Dun Variant) and the H. atracudata or the "Green Drake" as it is known on the Wolf. Watching for spent wings being taken just before the Ephron hatch will be productive!
