Comments: Went to the West Fork after Tornadoes and 3+ inches of rain on Sunday night, not expecting much. It was high and muddy, but not as muddy as water farther south. Rained steadily from morning until 3:00 pm. However, we had fish feeding on top of the water all day long, not consistently, but steadily, on black Caddis. Caught a few fish during the rain, but things really picked up after it stopped and caught quite a few fish before leaving. Caught them all on streamers, mostly wolly boogers. A great day considering the water conditions and my low expectations!
