Comments: I am a spin fisherman... but I thought this might be of assistance to Trout lovers... Fished the Waupaca(Tomorrow) river north of the Frost Vally bridge 10 to Q, left to Cobbtown, Right on Cobbtown, 1 mile to Frost Vally. Left on Frost Vally to Bridge.

I waded the river, no hatch apparent, used Mepps Thunder Bug, Black with gold or silver spinner. Caught 12 trout... All were small fry, except for one 13 inch Brown which put up quite a fight. It was caught below a tree branch. This is one advantage of spinfishing.. The trout seemed to be taking everything, I floated a cahill off a bubble float, and had hits, they were taking anything from dawn to 6:00 pm, then only dry flys. But it seemed any fly would do. Fry were possibly rainbow stocked, or
