Comments: Hi There, I fished the Waupaca last weekend and the Brookies & Browns were hitting on Caddis and Gnats. I tried a few other patterns throughout the day just to experiment and got hits on some and scared'em on others. Catches varied from 8" to 13" for me. I met a couple of other guys who were reporting a little larger catches. There is a section of the river west of the Cobbtown road bridge that boarders on a bible camp and a tiny state park. Plenty of structure, Foliage and pools to hold'em. If you CATCH & RELEASE'EM there will be plenty of big action in a few years, but I suspect they will be very wary at that time which will obviously require more skill. I hope to be up to it then.
