I fished the upper Kinni up and down from the spring gate at the cow pasture from 9:30 until noon.No hatches to speak of other than a few midges.Maybe some BWO's but I only saw a couple and didn't grab them. Some sporadic rises to what looked like emergers right beneath the surface. Caught 5 (OK 4 1/2, one was pretty small) browns in the 8-10" range. They all came to the old reliable, a 16 Parachute Adams fished to the far bank, tight to the brush. The fish look as healthy as can be and are full of springtime vigor. Even on a gray day 4 1/2 browns on a dry fly still beats work!
