Pierce County Wisconsin sherrif's department has been advised of the continuing trespass violations along the Rush.
Wisconsin law requires anglers to stay in the river. There is no public access along the bank. Landowners are not required to post their land. I realize not all anglers are at fault - but the jerks ruin it for the rest of you.
I have been fairly tolerant to date, but from here on out will call the sherrif's office whenever I see a trespasser on my property. I will also personnaly confront any trespassers.
