Comments: Fished the Tomorrow Saturday night after a successful TU event. Each year on the first Saturday in June the Frank Hornberg chapter of TU hosts an intro to flyfishing clinic on the Tomorrow in Nelsonville. We introduced some very eager students to the basics of streams, bugs, flies, tackle, casting, etc. Look for a write up in "Wisconsin Trout" in the future.
But, back to the fishing. Nothing much to speak of was hatching. More size 16 tan caddis than anything, but they were few and far between. Managed to catch 4 small fish all evening. According to my stream notes from the last few years sulphurs should be going like gangbusters. This weather has everything screwed up. The hatches were at least two weeks ahead of schedule, and now the cold has shut it down again. Oh well, still beats working.
