Comments: Fished the Waupaca County portions of the TomorrowWaupaca River 6/12 to 6/14. Apparently there was over 3" rainfall on 6/11, raising the water level most of a foot, and giving it the lovely color of the bottom of a two day old pot of coffee. Yuk. The fish were hiding, and the few wadeable sections were jammed. Sunday (6/14) was better, but a large rainfall can kill this water for a few days. I saw one bait fisherman who, upon seeing me in the parking area, cavered his cooler instantly, and drove off while still wearing his waders. Hopefully there aren't too many fish hogs like that. Let's let those beautiful fish swim again or, if you must eat fish, keep one for breakfast. Thanks.
