Time: 4:30 until dark
Comments: Fished the special regs section on the Middle Tomorrow. Caught several nice brookies on dries despite the fact that very few flies were hatching. I was a bit diappointed with the lack of hatches. Moved up to Nelsonville and fished the river up through the old pond. A few more fish rising in this stretch to caddis. Caught a few fish on dries, but did much better once I switched to a wet. Caught the most fish on a hare's ear soft-hackle wet fly swung down through the riffles. I'm heading to the lower on Saturday to look for sulphurs. Water seems very low.
