Comments: Got out & fished the Tomorrow river on saturday, fishing was somewhat slow, caught about 10 fish in the 8-10" range, mostly on a size 16 tan elk hair caddis. Fishing was best between 8am-10am, fewer people than I expected. Rain would defintely help improve things.
