Water levels very high, clarity good at 2'-4', temp @ 35f. 8'LC-13 sink-tip needed, w/stack mend to hit bottom. 12+ fish hooked on 2/0 black popsicles, but only 3 landed. Hooked:Lost ratio will improve when flow drops.
