Comments: Fishing was slow even in the deep pools. There was little action until latter in the evening. Eventually they began to feed though. Woolybuggers with the hackells clipped were working well. I was having trouble getting any attention to small flies. The fish weren't rissing until very late in the evening. But, by then I had to get out of the river and to my car in the dark.
