Weather: sunny, 30 degrees, slight breeze
Water: very clear-too clear
Hatches: BWO, midges, and stoneflies
Time: 12:00 - 4:15 pm
Comments: Went out and fished below El Paso again. there was alot of surface activity. really small stoneflies,#16-18, midges,#24-26, and some size 14 BWO's. tried almost every dry fly that i had that resembled these but they turned away from all of them. also tried about every nymph that i have. didn't get one fish but saw a big school with some huge fish after i spooked them. it was just one of those days i guess.
