Comments: The Root is full of Kings with most anglers having good luck. At the fish ladder over 2000 kings have been counted and around 600 steelhead as well as a few browns. Many of the Kings are rather dark already. Dark colored flies are working best with the muddy water. I saw one pig of a steelhead caught- maybe over 15#. Angling pressure is already excessive. Does anyone have an update on the Sheboygan and Milwaukee?
