Comments: High flows on the Root River in Racine have produced poor fishing conditions. Fishing is slow at all access points along the river. Shore fishing has been very slow. Fished early in the morning, saw no fish. The water is deep and moving very fast! It's too hard to fish it at this time, the current is too fast! Give it about another week without rain.
