Weather: Partly Cloudy, mid 70's, South windy
Water: Dark and slow, A little low

Time: 6:30 til 10:00p.m.
Comments: Fished the Prairie looking for the Hex. They never came. I saw one at about dark fluttering through the brush but no more in or around the water. None in the sider webs either. I caught lots of chubs and shiners with some up to 8 inches. My partner caught and released a nice 13 inch Brookie. Saw three nice fish rising periodicaly but couldn't get a hit. I don't know if I missed the hatch or I'm too early. This year has truely been odd.
