Comments: Snuck in a night of fishing. Be at Road America next 5 days-hope I can fish when I get back!!! Size 16, Royal Wulf, did the trick on some nice rainbows, 12 inches to 14. Slow water along banks around brush. Went to another section, and around 8:00PM nice white fly hatch. Saw Brookies clear the water to get at them. Started throwing size 14, white. Brooks up to 13 inches, really super nice fish, all brooks, no browns. Quit around 9:00PM. Super day. Rainbows going very well in the popular spot I went 1st. because 3 or 4 guys just walked past me downstream to the spot in a hurry. Stayed above them, no hatch at this time working the wulff, got them from under the brush etc. in the wide deep slow water, though.
