Comments: No hatches but fish rising once in awhile, chubs and a trout smutting. Decided to dry fly anyway using good ole R/Wulff size 16. Worked hard and to my surprise after a couple of chubs and a small brookie, out in the center of the river and in the sun took a nice sized brown, about 13/14 inches! Worked the edges under bushes and caught a couple of brooks around 6 inches and wide-body. Wasn't a total bust but it has slowed down.
