Comments: Froze my toes and hands - Eyes on the rod were freezing up.
Brought a friend with me that tossed some spinners. I caught one 8" brook trout on a pheasant tail nymph and he caught three brown trout trout in the 10-12" range with a rooster tail spinner. Hopefully the weather will warm up in the near future to make it a little more tolerable.
