Comments: Fished upstream from the cty. A bridge just west of Saxville, water was crystal clear and fish were easily spooked. It was so hot during the day that the fish didn't seem to be hungry. Tyed on eveything from hoppers to streamers. Many nice fish spotted in some deep pools but wouldn't take anything even when I hit one on the head with a bead head Prince. Finally caught one small 6 inch Brown on a size 18 olive trout candy caddis larve later in the evening. River looks great and I had tons of fun. Hopefully by next time the fish will have worked up an appetite.
