Comments: Very hot (mid 80's) mid day fishing doesn't hold many prospects. i tried fishing the riffles below the rapids within Goodman Park as even the deeper water was very warm. Hoping the trout would hold in the more oxygen rich portions of the river on such a hot day. I did manage to catch a 9"+ brown below the small falls within the park however which was rewarding under such tough conditions. Not a bite for the rest of the day after trying other riffles.
