Comments: Fished Mt. Vernon for the first time this year. Not much action early in the pm near the 'U' bridge. Moved upstream later and caught a breif BWO hatch. Took 8 Browns in a small stretch of water in a small amount of time. Some were on top but most came to a BH PTN. Wind, rain and overall cold conditions lead to my soon departure.
