Comments: The Milwaukee River above the North Avenue Dam continues to flow too strongly to allow the abundance of fresh fish to migrate past the concrete. The fish below the dam are stacked! After reading a few of the other reports, I too would like to emphasize the need for better wading skills. If you happen to notice a "mystery" wading through redds or wading in nice holding lies, maybe kindly mention a few helpful hints. This problem seems exacerbated the more fish and the more fisherman in the river. Spread the word!!! We will all be happier in the end.
