Kewaunee River

April 3.1997

Weather: mostly sunny Water Conditions: HIGH and warmer than usual Hatches: none Date: 4-3-97 Comments: There were four of us fishing above and below the culverts. We fished from about 6am to 2pm without a fish insight. The nice holes were unable to be located because the river was so high. Over all it was a beautiful day to watch mallards and wood ducks.

HOPEFULLY MUCH BETTER FISHING TO COME. Once the river starts to fall the fishing will pick up and by wsome of the fish they had at the fishery, there will be some big fish caught this year.
