Comments: Fished the Hunting just east of Fitzgerald Dam Road with good results in waters that were below 60 degrees in temperature. Used a muddler minnow size 12, let it get down to the cooler water, and caught 4 brook trout ranging from 7"-11" with the 11 incher beautifully colored. At about 7:00pm a lot of surface feeding began to occur and best I can tell the fish were feeding on size 22-24 tricos (I think, although the bodies were brown colored). I tried throwing a #18 sulfur but it was too big and was completely ignored.
