Comments: Went to the Hunting river for my first time. Fished the mid-section of the river with limited success. Caught a few small browns and brook trout using a streamer pattern. Not much room for casting on this river unless you are on the lower end. I will need to return in the future and try some fishing on the lower end. If anyone knows the river real well send some e-mail and maybe we can get together. I also made it to two other rivers today; the Wolf and the East Branch of the Eau Claire. Check there for stream reports.
