Comments: I haven't fished this River for a couple years now. Noticed the fish were feeding on the top in the first good run I came to. BWO's in size 18-20 were flying everywhere. I put on a fly I had tied myself that resembled them but it was a size 12. The fish didn't seem to care cause I hooked a 10-12 inch Brook trout right away. I got it half way in and it came off. I did catch 4 more of about the same size. They were breaking the surface every few seconds feeding and no matter how I flopped my line on the water they didn't care. They quit rising at about 5:30 so I headed for home. This is the most fun I've had fishing so far this spring.
