Comments: Moderate BWO hatch all day, no surface feeding fish at all. I suspect that bright sunshine delayed activity until later in the pm.
ps: I know it's his property, but is it ok for the dairy farmer east of S.Valley Rd. to run his cattle in the stream? On Friday he had about 15-20 out there. What do the regs. say?
