Comments: What better way to spend a couple of hours on a beautiful spring than casting a fly in southwest Wisconsin? Water conditions were good and there was a decent amount of bug activity. Started out with a brown wooly bugger and flash-back pheasant tail nymph as a dropper. Caught a couple of small rainbows and then moved to a #18 parachute adams to see if I could induce any surface activity. Fished dry for about an hour to no avail, and then had to get going.
